Dentista nos Estados Unidos LLC maintains a strict but fair refund policy
due to the digital and intellectual nature of its educational services.
No Guaranteed Results
Since outcomes depend on participant effort and external institutions,
results are not guaranteed and are not grounds for refund.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within
7 calendar days of initial purchase.
Conditions for Refund Consideration
- The participant must not have accessed more than 20% of the program content.
- No downloadable materials may have been used.
- No live sessions may have been attended.
After 7 days, all sales are final.
Payment Plans
If enrolled in a payment plan:
- The participant remains responsible for full payment.
- Failure to pay may result in collections.
Chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution & Liability
- Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah.
- You waive the right to a jury trial.
- You waive participation in any class action.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.
- You assume full responsibility for your licensure journey.
