Accessibility Statement

Website Accessibility Statement

We are committed to making our services and products accessible to everyone. We have a website accessibility team and are making continued improvements to our website to make it easier for persons with disabilities to use.

We are also making every effort to meet evolving accessibility standards, including those set forth in 36 CFR Parts 1193 and 1194 (January 18, 2017).

We are committed to making our website accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities. We believe in access to knowledge, no matter what sort of physical barrier a user may have.

We are designing our website to be accessible for impaired users to navigate, understand, see, and interact. We strive to implement the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA), and EN 301 549 to the best of our ability.

Below are some of the improvements we are currently making to our website:

Language Tagging

Each page on our website is compatible with language information-assist systems, including audible speak-back software and Braille translators. These forms of information assistance can be used on any page of our site.

We are also working to provide sign language interpretation and prerecorded audio content in synchronized media as alternatives to text.

More Label Tags

We have added more labels and titles throughout the website to make it easier to find content and reduce the number of keystrokes required to navigate.

Image Text Alternatives

We have added missing label tags to images to assist persons with visual or cognitive disabilities. We are working to ensure that images have appropriate alternatives and that content can be accessed without reliance on color distinction.

Easier Keyboard Access

We have improved keyboard navigation across our website and will continue to enhance this functionality so users can find information more easily.

Re-Sizing Text

We are improving the ability to change text size, font style, and line spacing to make content more readable. Large-scale text and images meet a contrast ratio of at least 3:1.

We are also implementing zoom features to allow users to enlarge images and text as needed.

Video and Audio Controls

We are adding easy-to-locate controls for prerecorded audio and visual content to improve usability.

Partial Conformance

Some pages may not fully conform to accessibility standards where support does not exist. In such cases, we make every reasonable effort to improve accessibility.

Partial non-conformance may occur where third-party content is involved.

Web Accessibility Partner

We work with a web accessibility partner to continuously update our website, integrate new technologies, and improve usability for all users.

Future Changes

We are committed to following evolving accessibility standards and upgrading legacy systems to improve access for everyone.

Our efforts are ongoing. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, we welcome your questions, concerns, and suggestions. Please contact us using the support links available on our website.
