These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Dentista nos Estados Unidos LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website, enrolling in any program, or purchasing any service, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Dentista nos Estados Unidos LLC is an educational company based in the United States. We provide informational content, mentorship, guidance, and educational resources regarding general pathways for internationally trained dentists seeking dental licensure in the United States.

We do NOT provide:

• Legal advice
• Immigration advice
• Visa services
• Employment services
• Job placement
• Academic admission guarantees

All content is for educational purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The Company does not guarantee:

• Admission into U.S. dental programs
• Passing any examination (including INBDE or state exams)
• Obtaining dental licensure in any U.S. state
• Employment or income
• Immigration approval
• Financial return

Licensure requirements vary by state and may change without notice. Your results depend entirely on your effort, qualifications, academic performance, financial resources, and regulatory requirements.

3. Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your professional decisions
• You must verify all information with official institutions
• You must comply with all U.S. federal and state laws
• The Company is not responsible for regulatory changes

4. No Immigration or Legal Services

The Company is not a law firm and does not provide immigration legal services. Nothing provided should be interpreted as legal advice. For immigration matters, you must consult a licensed immigration attorney.

5. No Employment Relationship

Participation in any program does not create:

• Employer-employee relationship
• Partnership
• Agency
• Joint venture
• Fiduciary relationship

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, frameworks, proprietary systems, branding, documents, and methodologies are the exclusive property of Dentista nos Estados Unidos LLC. No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, recorded, shared, or resold without written authorization. Violation may result in legal action.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are due as agreed at enrollment. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access and collection procedures.

8. Refund Policy

Refund terms are governed by the official Refund Policy (see separate section below).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, lost income, immigration denials, academic rejection, licensure denial, or business losses. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dentista nos Estados Unidos LLC and its owners from any claims arising from your actions, decisions, or misuse of information.

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Utah under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Participants waive the right to jury trial and class action lawsuits.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
